How much is standard shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.80 for orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more receive complimentary standard shipping.
How long does order preparation take?
Most standard items require approximately 7–15 days before dispatch. Handmade Ronghua pieces require approximately 25–35 days.
Will handmade pieces look exactly identical?
No. Small variations in shape, color, texture, stitch or placement are natural characteristics of handmade work and part of the piece’s character.
Can I request expedited shipping?
Please contact TRIJORA before ordering. We will confirm whether faster preparation or delivery is possible for the item and destination.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
Contact TRIJORA within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the request is reviewed.
Does TRIJORA accept bespoke or wholesale inquiries?
