Custom FAQ

Before We Begin

Can I customize just one piece?

Selected designs can be developed as individual bespoke pieces.

Do you accept small-batch orders?

Yes. Small custom collections can be discussed depending on design and materials.

Can I choose the stone?

Yes. Availability varies because natural stones differ in shape, color and pattern.

Can you add my logo or packaging?

Branding and packaging options are available for selected projects.

How long does custom development take?

Timing depends on design complexity, materials and quantity and will be confirmed before production.

Do I need technical drawings?

No. Most projects start from a photograph, a description or a sketch on paper. We develop the technical side with you rather than expecting you to supply it.

Can you copy a design I saw somewhere else?

We will not reproduce another maker's work. We will take the parts you like — a proportion, a stone, a way of hanging — and design something of your own around them.

Is there a minimum order for custom work?

For a single custom piece, no — one piece is fine. For brand and wholesale work, minimums depend on the design and materials. See our wholesale page or ask us directly.
