Three Ways to Work With Us

Most enquiries fit one of these. If yours sits between two, tell us and we will work out which applies.

Stock wholesale — Existing TRIJORA designs, produced in quantity

Choose from the current catalogue and reorder in quantity. Pieces are made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse, so the run is built for you, but the design work is already done — which keeps cost and lead time down.

Best for: Shops that want tested designs without a development cycle.

Custom design for your brand — New pieces developed around your concept

You bring a concept, a mood board or a gap in your range. We develop samples, confirm materials and construction with you, then produce the run. Your designs remain yours.

Best for: Designers and brands building a distinctive range.

Private label — Our making, your name on it

Production under your brand: your logo on jewellery cards, pouches, boxes and care cards, your tags, your packaging specification. Where the design allows, your mark can be stamped or engraved on the piece itself.

Best for: Established labels and stores with their own identity.

Who We Work With

How an Order Runs

1Tell us the shape of the order — Which of the three routes, roughly how many pieces, and when you need them. A rough number is enough at this stage.
2Samples and specification — For stock and private label, we confirm the existing designs and packaging. For custom work we develop a sample first, and you review it before any run is made.
3Quote and minimums — Per-unit pricing depends on quantity, materials and bench hours. We tell you the minimum that makes sense for that specific design rather than applying one number to everything.
4Deposit and production — A deposit books the production slot and covers materials. Runs are made in batches and checked piece by piece.
5Packing and shipping — Packed to your specification — individual pouches, cards, boxes or bulk — and shipped tracked, with documentation for customs.

Branding and Packaging

Private label orders carry your identity rather than ours. These are the elements we can produce to your specification.

Branding options
ElementWhat we do
Jewellery cardsPrinted with your logo, your brand name and your care line.
Pouches and boxesYour choice of material and finish, supplied to your specification.
Hang tags and insertsBarcode, SKU, price or a short brand message.
On-piece markingStamped or engraved logo, where the design has a suitable surface.
Care cardsMaterial-specific care instructions, printed with your branding.
Bulk or retail-packedShipped individually packed for shelf, or bulk packed for your own fulfilment.

Packaging is quoted separately from the pieces themselves, because it depends on print method and quantity. Send your artwork and we will tell you what is practical at your volume.

Consistency, Honestly

This is the part buyers most often wish they had asked about first, so it is stated plainly.

What We Make With

925 sterling silver as standard, with brass and other selected metals on request. Natural materials include labradorite, turquoise, tourmaline, lapis lazuli, peridot, freshwater and baroque pearl, and amazonstone. Availability varies by season and by what the stone cutters have — we confirm what is actually available rather than promising from a catalogue.

Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the design, the materials and how much bench time each piece needs — so we confirm it per project instead of quoting one number for everything. Because we make in small batches by hand, minimums are generally far lower than factory production. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what is realistic.

Can you make our own designs?

Yes. Custom development is one of the three routes above. You bring the concept or the drawings; we develop a sample, refine it with you, and produce the run. Your designs stay yours.

Can we put our logo on the pieces?

Yes, where the design has a suitable surface — stamping or engraving a small mark is possible on many pieces. Logo on cards, pouches, boxes and care cards is straightforward on any order. Send your artwork and we will tell you which options suit your pieces.

Do you offer samples?

Yes. For custom development a sample is part of the process. For stock designs, sample pieces can be ordered before you commit to a run. Sample cost is usually credited against a subsequent order — ask when you enquire.

How long does a wholesale order take?

Production time depends on the size of the run, the complexity of the pieces and the current queue. We give you a confirmed window before you place the order, not a general estimate, and we flag any shift early.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes — direct to stores or direct to customers, with documentation prepared for customs. Tell us the split when you order so we can pack and label accordingly.

Will every piece in the run look identical?

No, and we would rather say so up front. Handmade pieces and natural stones vary within an agreed range. We agree that range with you before production, and we check the run against the approved sample.

Do you work with resellers and dropshippers?

We work with resellers who carry the brand properly. Get in touch with where you sell and how you plan to present the pieces — we would rather build a working relationship than ship boxes into a void.

What payment terms do you use?

A deposit confirms the production slot and covers materials, with the balance due before shipping. Terms for repeat orders can be discussed once we have worked together. Ask us for the details that apply to your order.
